Description

This wild garlic is a treasure we found on our mountain homestead, and this is the first season we’ve had enough to share. We started cultivating it several years ago from the tiny bulbils of a wild plant, saving the biggest bulbs each year for replanting and enjoying the rest in our kitchen.

It’s a hardy hardneck variety with excellent keeping quality—flavorful and reliable. We’re thrilled to finally be able to share a bit of our mountain-grown garlic with others.

We grow and save this garlic on our own homestead. It isn’t lab-tested or certified, but we select only healthy, well-formed bulbs for planting stock each year. Small-batch and lovingly prepared. No returns, but contact us with any issues and we’ll do our best to help.
